1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- For digital products, the download must not have been initiated
- For services, work must not have commenced on your project
Non-Refundable Items: Certain products and services are exempt from refunds:
- Downloaded software or digital products
- Services already performed or partially performed
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Products marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable"
2. Refund Process
Initiate Your Refund Request

- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation (photos, etc.)
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 3 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed.
Approval & Processing
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method through Cashfree.
Tip: For faster processing, please ensure all required information is included in your initial request.
3. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days
- Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider

5. Returns & Exchanges
For physical products that require return:
- You will receive return instructions with your refund approval
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
6. Cancellation Policy
For services or subscription products:
- You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
- After 24 hours but before work begins, a partial refund may be issued
- Once work has commenced, no refund will be issued
